Privacy policy
How Vrand handles information from forms, chat, website visits and newsletters, and how to request access, correction or removal.
Last updated: October 27, 2026.
This policy explains how information is handled on vrand.biz, through its contact assistant and in Vrand newsletters. It does not replace the specific agreements governing the services we provide to our clients.
1. Who handles your information
Vrand manages information received through these channels. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected] or O'Higgins 2471, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Information we receive and why
- Forms and inquiries: your name, email, company, role and any message you choose to share. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up on your inquiry. Required fields are identified in the form; you can also contact us by email.
- Chatbot: the messages and contact details you enter, together with technical session references. The assistant uses artificial intelligence to help with your inquiry and may refer it to our team. Conversations may be stored in our LIM system to continue assisting you. Please do not share passwords, sensitive data or unnecessary confidential information.
- Newsletters: your email and, when provided, name and company, together with the source and date of consent. We use these details to manage your subscription and send the editions you requested. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
- Browsing and security: technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and error logs. It helps us operate and protect the website and understand its performance.
3. Analytics, cookies and browser storage
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions, and Cloudflare services for availability, security and performance. Analytics may use cookies or browser identifiers. Our configuration does not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization, and contact events do not include your name, email or inquiry text.
The chat and contact measurement may also use local storage to remember preferences and avoid duplicate events. You can clear or block cookies and storage in your browser; doing so may affect preferences or continuity of some features. Publishing this policy does not change cookie settings or constitute a request for additional consent.
4. Newsletters and unsubscribing
Vrand newsletters are sent through Twilio SendGrid. We record processing, delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe events to manage delivery and avoid unwanted contact. If an edition enables open or click tracking, these events may be recorded; they do not by themselves prove that someone read the message.
You can unsubscribe through the link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from newsletters does not prevent us from answering an inquiry you initiated. We may retain the minimum exclusion information needed to avoid including you in future sends.
5. Who can access the information
Information may be handled by authorized Vrand team members and providers needed for hosting, email, security, analytics and AI assistance. Services in use include Cloudflare, Google and Twilio SendGrid. Website inquiries may generate email notifications and internal records for follow-up.
Some providers may process information outside your country, including the United States and other locations where their services operate. You can ask us about providers and conditions relevant to your situation. External websites linked from vrand.biz have their own policies.
6. Retention and protection
Information is retained according to the purpose of your inquiry, the business relationship, security needs and applicable obligations. Retention may differ between messages, technical logs, subscriptions and backups; we do not promise immediate automatic deletion from every system. You can request deletion or ask about retention of your information.
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No system provides absolute security. Automated assistance does not replace team review when an inquiry requires human attention.
7. Your rights and how to contact us
You can request access, correction, updating or deletion of your information, and withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing [email protected]. Please identify the channel you used and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing data.
In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) handles personal data protection inquiries and complaints. See its official guidance on rights and complaint procedures (in Spanish).
8. Updates
We will publish changes to this policy here and identify the update date. Where a new use requires authorization, updating this text does not replace that authorization.
